Pick Up Time

Orders are usually ready to pick up at 8pm EST on the day of completion. For example, if you order a "next day" order before 6pm on Tuesday, it will usually be ready to pick up at 8pm on Wednesday. Orders can be picked up all night and will be marked with a sample print and a sticker that contains the order name and order number.

Turnaround Times

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday from 10AM to 6PM. Orders placed after 6PM or on the weekend will be processed at the beginning of the next business day.

SATURDAY PICKUP

Saturday Pickup is available on next day orders placed on Friday for an additional $25.

 

DESIGN TURNAROUND

The standard turnaround time for most graphic designs is 3 business days. This is subject to variables such as workload and number of revisions. Rush Design (24 HR) is available for an additional charge at checkout.
