Ordering Process

Step 1

Choose the product and quantity that you'd like for your printing project from our easy to navigate website. If you're looking for a product and can't find it on the site, just give us a call at (404) 91-FLYER for a custom quote. New services are being added daily, and we'll do our absolute best to beat any locally advertised price on any product.

Step 2

Many products have custom options that can be easily chosen from the dropdown menus on the right side of your screen. Options include finish, paper stock, and other cutomizations. Every product will include a choice for "Design Options" where you will choose to upload your own print ready design or add professional design to your order. If you decide to have us take care of the design, please be aware that this will ad approximately two business days to the turnaround time. If you choose this option, we will have a team member contact you soon after your order is processed to go over the contents and style of design and get the best idea possible of your vision for the project. We will also give you instructions on where to email any the wording for the design as well as any images or logos that you'd like included in the design. 

Step 3

If you already have a design, simply choose that option and upload the images in the fields below by clicking the upload button and selecting the corresponding file from your computer. We accept many different file formats including jpg, png, tiff, eps, pdf, ai, psd, bmp and more. Our team reviews each order to ensure the highest quality print and will contact you if there are any issues with your uploaded files. Please see our File Specifications page to make sure that your designs are the correct resolution and size for the product you've selected. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Step 4

After uploading your files simply click 'Add to Cart' to add the product to your order. If you're ordering more than one product, choose "Continue Shopping" and repeat the previous steps to add additional products to your order. If not, click "View Cart and Checkout" to complete your order and choose your shipping options.

Step 5

Step 5-2

On our Secure Checkout page, enter the billing information that maches the credit card, debit card, or checking account you will be using to pay for your order. If you haven't yet registered at flyersatlanta.com and would like to do so to save time on future orders, check the "Register with us for future convenience" box. If you're picking up the order or having it shipped to the billing address you've already provided click "Ship to this address" or if you'd like the order shipped to an address that is not your billing address click "Ship to different address". Click "Continue" to choose your pick up or delivery option.

Step 5-3

Under the Shipping Method Tab, choose whether you'd like to pick up your order at our convenient pick up location in Midtown Atlanta, have your order shipped via UPS, or have one of our couriers deliver your order to you the same evening. Please see "Receiving your Order" below for more information about each option.

Step 5-4

Under the Payment Information tab please select the form of payment you'd like to use to complete your order. FlyersAtlanta.com accepts credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. All orders must be paid in full before printing begins. We utilize a secure 256-bit encrypted SSL server to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information. If you use a checking account through PayPal, your order may be delayed until the electronic check clears. We do not accept cash or personal checks at our pick up location.

Step 5-5

After entering your payment information on our site or via PayPal, review your order and click "Submit" to finalize your order. You will receive an email notification with the details of your order and detailed information about the pick up location or shipping status as well as an estimated pick up time. If you have any questions about your order including the status, completion time, or pick up / delivery concerns, please feel free to call us at (404) 91-FLYER. You can also track your order by logging in to your account and selecting the order from your dashboard.

Step 6

Our pick up locations is located near the intersection of Piedmont Dr and Monroe Dr in the Midtown area of Atlanta, GA. The complete address and directions will be included in your order confirmation email. Orders are generally ready to pick up around 7PM the day of completion. For example, if you place a Same Day order on Monday, your order will usually be ready to pick up around 7PM Monday evening. If you place a Next Day order on Monday, your order will usually be ready to pick up around 7PM Tuesday evening. Please see the Turnaround Times page for more information about when your order will be completed. Our convenient pick up area is accessible all night and each order is clearly marked with a sample print, so if you'd like to avoid traffic and pick up your order later in the evening or early the next morning, it will be available for you. When choosing a shipping option, your order will usually ship the day of completion, but may be shipped the next morning during times of higher volume. An email confirmation containing the Tracking Number for your order will be sent as soon as your order ships. Our evening courier service delivers orders the same evening that they are completed to addresses inside the Atlanta Perimeter only. Depending on order and delivery volume at the time, your order will be dropped off at the specified address between 8PM and 12AM.
